Vampire's Garden Information
THE EVENT
Full tea service includes starter salad, 5 types of unlimited tea sandwiches (vegetarian options available, no vegan options available. Vegan meal upon request), 2 desserts with fruit and cream, cut cake, two choices of unlimited hot tea, unlimited cold tea.
VIP
Vampire's Garden VIPs are an essential part of the development of this event. VIPs support the creation of this halloween tea party by buying presale tickets. (Presale tickets are the same price as a regular ticket!)
Presale ticket holders/VIPs recieve a special commemorative item and access to priority seating. VIPs can request who they sit next to!
There is a limited number of VIP seats. Last year's VIP always get priority invitation to be this year's VIP again. Get in the VIP if you can!

POLICIES
TICKET PRICES
Ticket price is $95. Includes full service, tax, and tip. Does not include parking. Includes all food items from our menu. (Ordering outside our menu is not allowed.)
PURCHASING TICKETS
You will receive an invoice: Pay via "Friends and Family" function on PayPal within 24 hours. Failing to pay within 24 hours using "Friends and Family" will result in invoice cancellation.
FOOD RESTRICTION INFORMATION:
"For our gluten-free or vegan guests, we offer a large salad, either the Mandarin Petal Salad or the Spring Petal Salad. They can get a Large Salad instead of sandwiches.
I would like to note that our kitchen isn't equipped to be allergen-friendly, so cross-contamination may be an issue." --Rose Tea Garden
REFUNDS AND NO-SHOWS:
No refunds.
If you are not able to attend, contact Sandy personally, by email (sandycapotosto@gmail.com), by phone (8083871925) BEFORE (DATE TBA).
No-shows will result in a ban from ticketed events held by the host.
If you would like to transfer your ticket to someone, contact Sandy ASAP.
DRESS CODE

Coordinates expressing gothic or Halloween themes; vampires, blood, spirits, witches, magic, occult, nuns. Unthemed kuro/black coordinates are also welcome. NO COSPLAY. NO COSTUMES. NO GLITTER ($50 FEE FOR GLITTER)
GUEST DRESS CODE:
An attendee may purchase 1 additional ticket for one guest (total of 2 tickets maximum).
Formal wear. Dress for a presidential wake.
No: jeans, shorts, sneakers, hoodies, jersey sweaters, t-shirts, flip flops, sports/game/anime paraphernalia. NO COSTUMES. NO COSPLAY.
Yes: slacks, dresses (lolita is not required for your guest), dress shoes/boots, ties, jewelry, chains, themed wear, other fashion styles with coordinates that fit the theme.
